ACTIONAID ZAMBIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY ELECT NEW BOARD MEMBERS.

ActionAid Zambia has concluded its General Assembly and re-elected Pamela Sibanda as Board Chairperson.

The Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) conducted the elections.

Others elected are Zonobia Banda (Treasurer), Elizabeth Daka (Finance Representative), Dorothy Ndlovu (Programs Representative) and Margaret Tinashe Nkhosi (Organisation Development Representative-GBDC).

Tina Banda was also elected to be on the organisation committee.

Fodep declared the winners and commended ActionAid Zambia for consistently upholding democracy and good governance.

And in her victory speech Ms Sibanda who went unopposed commended the delegates for retaining her as board Chairperson and promised to work hard in her new term.

She urged the General Assembly to continue giving oversights and direction to the organisation.

After elections delegates also bid farewell to Mrs Nawa Mushokobanji who had served her full terms as a board member
